About Kyo

Kyo is an agencyOS — one workspace holding the CRM, the projects, the client spaces, the finances, the people and the knowledge that a creative or digital agency runs on. It is built by Kyo Ltd. and available at app.trykyo.com.

What Kyo is

Most agencies run on four or five tools that do not talk to each other: a CRM for the pipeline, a project tool for delivery, a spreadsheet for money, a docs app for everything else, and a chat app holding the context that never made it into any of them. Every handover between those tools is manual, and the manual step is where the information goes stale.

Kyo replaces that stack with a single workspace. A deal that closes becomes a client space with its projects and tasks. The revenue from that client lands in the same finance ledger that produces the P&L. The person delivering the work has a profile in the same system that tracks their time off and what they cost. Nothing needs to be copied between tools, because there is only one tool.

Every feature is included on every plan. Plans differ only by scale — seats, projects, deals and client spaces — so a small agency is never locked out of the CRM or the finance module because of its size.

Who it's for

Kyo is built for agencies running work across multiple clients at once: creative studios, digital and marketing agencies, design and development shops, and the operators and founders who run them. The shape of the product follows the shape of that work — client spaces rather than generic projects, a pipeline that understands retainers, finance that separates client revenue from overhead, and HR that can tell you what each teammate contributes.

It is not a general-purpose project tracker, and it is not trying to be. If your work is not organised around clients, Kyo will feel like the wrong shape.

How it works

A Kyo workspace is organised into five sections. Home holds the calendar, tasks, no-code automations and a space for every client. Sales holds companies, contacts, deals and pipelines, plus a live scoreboard. HR holds the team directory, time off and analytics. Library holds documents, the knowledge base, canvases, tracked metrics and competitor research. Finance holds income, expenses, transactions and a real profit-and-loss statement.

Access is granted feature by feature. Members start with nothing and an admin grants each area as read-only or full access, enforced in the database rather than hidden in the interface — which means the same rules apply to the API, the CLI and the MCP server.

AI features are billed from a credit wallet at actual provider cost, metered by real usage rather than a flat fee per job. When the wallet is empty, credit-metered features pause instead of running up a bill.

Built for agents

Kyo is designed for AI agents to work alongside the team rather than around it. Agents are teammates in the workspace: they appear in the member list, take assigned tasks, use the tools you connect them to, and report back in the task's comments.

The same surface is open to anything you build. There is a public REST API covering 44 resources, an OAuth 2.0 provider with 33 named scopes and dynamic client registration, a hosted MCP server exposing 118 tools, and a CLI. Machine-readable descriptions live at predictable addresses: /openapi.json, /llms.txt and /.well-known/mcp.json. Every one of them runs as the authorizing user, bounded by the scopes granted and by that user's own permissions.

The developer documentation starts at /docs, and the fastest way to connect an agent is the agent quickstart.

The company

Kyo is built and operated by Kyo Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales, trading as part of Agencidev. The product runs in production at app.trykyo.com and ships continuously — the full history of what has changed is published on the changelog.

Kyo is currently in open beta. Anyone can create a workspace on the Free plan without a card, and paid plans are self-serve. There is no sales call between you and using the product.
