Kyo’s HR analytics tie each person to the finance and delivery data across the workspace. It calculates profit contribution per person using the same revenue, cost, and project data that feeds the rest of Kyo’s reporting. The numbers stay current because the underlying data is live, not imported from a quarterly spreadsheet.
Yes. Kyo permissions are per-feature and three-level: none, read, or full access. Access to all features and aspects of Kyo are each controlled independently. You decide exactly who sees what, down to the feature level.
You can see the overlap immediately: approved time-off shows on the same calendar as task due dates, so conflicts are visible before they cause problems. You can also set up automations using Kyo Agent to reassign tasks or notify managers when leave is approved, keeping delivery on track without anyone manually reshuffling workloads.
Yes. “Leave request submitted” is a built-in automation trigger in Kyo. You can wire it to notify a manager in Slack, reassign that person’s tasks, post to a channel, or anything else the automation builder supports. No one has to manually chase approvals or update calendars.
Yes. The REST API gives you access to team and workspace records, so you can pull data into spreadsheets, reporting tools, or whatever else your operations require. Your people data isn’t locked inside Kyo.
