Kyo Brand
Principles, assets and references for representing Kyo — wherever it shows up.
Logos
The symbol is a star drawn from twelve strokes — the many parts of an agency meeting in one place. It reads at any size, and never appears in more than one colour.
Primary lockup
The symbol and wordmark together. Use this wherever there’s room.
Symbol
On its own where the name is already obvious — avatars, app icons, favicons.
App icon
The symbol centred in its container, with the corner radius the platform expects.
Core colours
Kyo is near-black and quiet on purpose — the work is the colour. There are no gradients. Select any value to copy it.
Surfaces
Every Kyo surface, from the page up.
Ink
Type and marks, from primary to the quietest detail.
Hairlines
Every border and divider is white at low opacity, so it sits on any surface.
Typography
The two typefaces that define the brand.
Feature Display
Used for website headlines.
Host Grotesk
Used for interface and body text.
Logo guidance
A few rules keep the mark recognisable everywhere it appears.
Clear space
Keep at least the width of the symbol clear on every side. More is always fine.
Things to avoid
If a change isn’t shown on this page, it isn’t approved.
Don’t stretch or squash the logo.
Don’t recolour the logo.
Don’t rotate or tilt the logo.
Don’t add shadows, glows or other effects.
Don’t place the logo on a busy background.
Don’t crowd the logo or lock it to other words.
Using the Kyo name
Kyo is a product of Agencidev. Write it as “Kyo” — one capital, never all caps, never “KYO” or “kyo”.
Do
- Use the assets on this page, unmodified.
- Say your product “works with Kyo” or “integrates with Kyo”.
- Use screenshots to show a genuine integration.
- Link the logo to trykyo.com when it’s clickable.
Don’t
- Use the marks to imply partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
- Put Kyo in your product name, logo, domain or app icon.
- Redraw, animate or recreate the symbol.
- Alter screenshots to show features that don’t exist.
