Finance
The workspace's money, in three tabs: an overview with live balances, a full transactions ledger, and a period P&L. Income and expenses can be one-time or monthly recurring, and Stripe syncs real payment data in.
Overview
Expandable widgets: account balance with a balance-over-time graph, recent transactions, upcoming revenue, and upcoming expenses. Entries can be one-time (a single dated row) or monthly recurring, and connecting Stripe syncs real-time payment data in.
Transactions
A full ledger — one row per income or expense entry, with direction badges, category, recurrence and date chips, plus search and a date-range filter driving the table and its summary bar.
Profit & loss
A period accounting statement built from the same entries: Income → COGS → Gross profit → Other expenses → Net profit, with margin and spend ratios, and plain income/expense line-item lists for the period. Each entry counts once on its own date, matching the Transactions tab exactly.
Categories
Every income and expense carries a category, and the categories are your own — create as many as you need. Each one is placed in the P&L (revenue, contra-revenue, or one of the three contribution-margin tiers), which is what lets the statement above build itself from ordinary entries.
Debts
Track what the business owes and how much of each debt is paid off. Record payments against a debt as they happen and the remaining balance follows.
Metrics
Workspace metrics live in the Library, not here — they cover far more than money. Access is granted per member in Settings → Members, separately from Finance.
