Sales & CRM

A CRM built for continuous context: companies, people, and deals with every signal attached — and CRM Super, the AI layer that fills the pipeline from your outreach and your Slack.

Companies & people

Your CRM's directory. Companies and People are full-width tables with built-in columns, live logos, and per-row detail views. Records link to each other — a person belongs to a company, and both attach to deals.

  • Logos — company logos resolve automatically from the company's domain and adapt to light/dark themes; logoless companies fall back to initials.
  • Import & enrich — connect Apollo or AI Ark and import enriched companies and people straight into the CRM from the Companies and People pages.
  • Deduplication — adding a lead that already exists warns you and lets you choose, so records never double-enter the CRM.

Deals & pipelines

Deals move through pipelines you define, stage by stage. Each deal page is the single source of truth for that relationship — every signal from every channel, compounding in one place:

  • Activity — a timeline of everything that happened on the deal.
  • Emails — outreach and replies from Lemlist and Instantly, merged into one tab, newest first.
  • DMs — X (Twitter) direct-message conversations with the lead, when the X integration is connected.
  • Tasks & comments — deals carry their own task lists and threaded comments.

Deals hold a value, labels, linked company and people, and respond to automations — including the stagnant-deal trigger that catches pipeline entries going cold.

CRM Super

CRM Super fills your pipeline automatically, so the CRM maintains itself while you sell.

From your outreach

Kyo tracks the emails and messages you send through Lemlist, Instantly, or X (Twitter) and automatically creates deals and contacts from your activity — the deal, the person, and the company, routed to the right pipeline.

From Slack

Mention Kyo in your Slack workspace with a lead's link and it reads the message, finds the lead, scrapes their info, and creates the deal automatically. It also works in bulk: paste a batch of links, or point it at a directory page to scrape every listing. Large batches ask for confirmation first and post a single summary when the job finishes.

How routing stays clean

  • Leads are routed deterministically to your default pipeline unless the signal clearly says otherwise.
  • Link-in-bio and scheduling domains (Instagram, Calendly, and similar) are never mistaken for the lead's company.
  • Every automatic add runs through the same deduplication as manual entry — existing companies and people are matched and reused, never duplicated.

CRM Super’s scraping and enrichment run on workspace credits, metered by actual usage.

Outreach & campaigns

Connect your own Lemlist or Instantly account and run outreach without leaving the CRM:

  • Push contacts to campaigns — add CRM contacts (or whole deals) to your sequences directly from Kyo.
  • Replies land on the deal — reply activity flows back onto each deal's Emails tab automatically.
  • Pipeline automation — map campaigns to pipelines and automate stage movement based on campaign activity.

The X (Twitter) integration adds DM tracking: conversations with leads surface on the deal's DMs tab, and new DM activity can auto-create CRM entries via CRM Super.
