Integrations
Kyo connects to the rest of your stack from Settings → Integrations. Workspace-wide integrations are managed by admins; personal ones (Google, Granola, X) are connected per member and stay private to that member.
What each one does
| Integration | What it does |
|---|---|
| Slack | Updates and notifications in your channels or DMs, automation messages, and the CRM Super bot — mention Kyo to add leads from Slack. |
| Stripe | Syncs real-time payment data into the Finance tabs. |
| Zapier | Automations can trigger any Zap via webhooks — 6,000+ apps. |
| Your Google Docs & Sheets in the knowledge base. Per-member; you only ever see your own files. | |
| Miro | Your Miro boards, accessible from the knowledge base. |
| Typeform | Brings form responses into Kyo canvases. |
| Lemlist | Push CRM contacts into campaigns; reply activity flows back onto deals. |
| Instantly | Same as Lemlist, connected with your Instantly API key. |
| Apollo | Import enriched people & companies into the CRM from the Companies and People pages. |
| AI Ark | Import enriched companies and people with your AI Ark API key. |
| Granola | Your meeting notes in the knowledge base (and available to the AI assistant). Per-member. |
| X (Twitter) | Surfaces your DM conversations on deals and feeds CRM Super. Uses credits. |
Build your own
Anything not on the list can reach Kyo through the REST API, the CLI, or the MCP server — and workspace admins can register their own OAuth apps under Settings → API.
