HR

The people side of the agency: every member with their profile and role, leave that manages itself, and intelligence on how the team maps to the business.

Team

The HR home: every member of the workspace with their profile and role. Set each member's Slack user ID here so integrations and automations can reach them in the right place. Kyo's agency-HR intelligence shows how the team maps to the business — including how much profit each teammate contributes.

Open a member to get their own panel, with three tabs:

  • Tasks — everything currently on that person's plate.
  • Contracts — their signed documents, each with a type and a date, linked or uploaded.
  • Time-off — their leave history and anything still pending.

Team records also hold the details the rest of Kyo reads from: role, squad, who they report to, department, location, hire date and salary. Salary feeds the profit contribution figures — it is HR data, visible only to members with the HR permission.

Time-off

Members submit leave requests from the Time-off page. Requests notify the right people in the Inbox, can trigger automations (the "when a leave request is submitted" trigger), and approved leave appears on the workspace Calendar so scheduling around it is automatic.

HR analytics

Team-level reporting on top of the HR data, from the Analytics tab in the HR section, over the last 3, 6 or 12 months. Recurring finance entries are expanded properly when the numbers are built, so a monthly retainer counts in every month it actually landed, not just the one it was logged in.
